Returns: No refunds on printed materials.

Cancellations: Any order cancelled prior to printing, will incur a $50.00 design/handling charge. Once the job is printed, there are no refunds.. Once we begin the process of processing, layout and proofing, which takes time and costs money. Should you choose to cancel, it is only fair that we are compensated for that time and expense. Design Changes : Or designs are corporate approved. There are none. Sales Tax: There is zero sales tax in 49 states except Florida. Florida residents are subject to 6.5% sales tax. Orders shipped to Missouri are subject to 7% sales tax.

Delivery Time: We cannot be held responsible for late or lost deliveries by the UPS. We will provide proof that UPS picked up your product in a timely fashion and that the address you provided was used. After that, the order is in the hands of the UPS, and it is their responsibility. Keep in mind that delivery will generally take 7 to 10 days from the date they were shipped.
